Cara penyediaan :<br />
1. Lecekkan sardin bersama dengan kuahnya. Ketepikan.<br />
2. Satukan telur, bawang merah, cili merah, lada putih dan daun sup. Kacau sebati. Masukkan sardin yang telah dilecekkan tadi. Gaul rata.<br />
3. Roti putih dipotong kepada dua bahagian, celupkan roti ke dalam bancuhan tadi.<br />
4. Sapu kuali dengan sedikit minyak (anggaran 1-2 sudu besar minyak masak) dan panaskan kuali. Gorengkan roti, balikkan dan biarkan kedua-dua bahagian masak sempurna (sekejap saja)<br />
5. Angkat dan sedia dihidang.</div>

2 biji pisang ( dihiris bulat nipis letak atas kek)<br />

Cara penyediaan :<br />
1. Pukul mentega dan gula hingga kembang.<br />
2. Masukkan telur satu demi satu sambil dipukul lagi.<br />
3. Masukkan bahan ayak dan susu berselang seli sedikit demi sedikit sambil dipukul perlahan.<br />
4. Matikan mixer dan masukkan pisang lecek. Gaul sebati dengan spatula.<br />
5. Tuangkan ke dalam loyang saiz 8x8 inci yang telah digris dan dialas.<br />
6. Ratakan adunan, hentak loyang 2 atau 3 kali untuk mengeluarkan udara. Susun hirisan pisang di atasnya.<br />
7. Panaskan oven selama 10 minit terlebih dulu. Bakar kek pisang hingga masak pada suhu 160’C selama 50-60 minit bergantung pada kapasiti oven masing-masing.<br />
8. Sejukkan kek atas redai.<br />

3 ulas bawang putih - dadu<br />
1 mangkuk kecil daging atau ayam dipotong kecil<br />
1/2 tin sos pasta asli Adabi<br />
3 sudu besar sos cili Adabi<br />
Sayur : Karrot,<br />
batang celery, capsicum<br />
1 sudu besar serbuk lada hitam<br />
5 sudu besar minyak zaiton Adabi untuk menumis<br />
Garam dan gula secukup rasa<br />
Air secukupnya<br />

Cara rebus makaroni :<br />
1. Didihkan air, tambahkan secubit garam dan 1 sudu minyak. Rebus makaroni hingga lembut. Tos dan ketepikan.<br />
2. Panaskan minyak zaiton Adabi. Tumiskan bawang hingga layu.<br />
3. Masukkan daging dan air. Masak hingga empuk.<br />
4. Masukkan sos pasta, sos cili bersama sayur, garam dan gula. Kacau hingga didih.<br />
5. Masukkan makaroni tadi bersama lada hitam. Kacau rata. Matikan api. Ketepikan.<br />

Sos Putih :<br />
2 sudu besar butter<br />
2 sudu besar tepung gandum<br />
2 cawan susu cair (boleh juga gunakan susu segar)<br />
1 sudu kecil lada putih<br />
1/2 kiub pati ayam Adabi<br />
Satukan semua bahan sos putih dalam periuk. Sentiasa kacau dalam api perlahan hingga didih dan sedikit pekat. Matikan api.<br />

1. Panaskan oven selama 10 minit terlebih dahulu. Griskan loyang dengan butter.<br />
2. Masukkan makaroni ke dalam loyang tadi. Curahkan sos putih di atasnya secara merata. Tabur cheese mozarella dan mixed herbs.<br />
3. Bakar hingga masak mengikut oven masing-masing. (Oven saya suhunya 160'C selama 30 minit)<br />

Fruit Pastry Cake<br />

Bahan-bahan :<br />
• 100 g mentega<br />
• 180 g gula caster (saya letak 160 g)<br />
• 50 g sour cream (atau greek yogurt perisa asli)<br />
• 3 biji telur gred A (dipukul sedikit dengan garfu)<br />
• 1/2 sudu teh esen vanilla<br />
• 1 sudu teh pes lemon (atau pati sunquick)<br />
• 210 gm tepung naik sendiri<br />

Bahan hiasan :<br />
• Buah-buahan seperti strawberi , blueberry, peach, kiwi, nenas, epal dan lain-lain jenis buah yang tidak terlalu berair. Jika menggunakan buah dalam tin, airnya hendaklah ditoskan dan buah perlu dilap kering.<br />

• Snow powder secukupnya (untuk ditabur atas kek yang telah masak)<br />
.<br />
Cara penyediaan :<br />
1. Pukul mentega , gula dan sour cream sehingga kembang dan ringan.<br />
2. Masukkan telur sambil dipukul lagi. Bila telah sebati, masukkan esen vanilla dan pes lemon.<br />
3. Masukkan tepung dan kacau secara kaup balik.<br />
4. Griskan loyang bulat bersaiz 8 inci , alas dengan kertas minyak dan gris sekali lagi.<br />
5. Masukkan adunan ke dalam loyang dan ratakan permukaannya. Hentak 2 atau 3 kali untuk mengeluarkan udara dan supaya buah tidak tenggelam nanti.<br />
6. Susun buah-buahan pada bahagian atas kek (tidak perlu ditekan, memadai meletakkannya sahaja).<br />
7. Panaskan ketuhar selama 10 minit terlebih dahulu. Bakar adunan kek pada suhu 160’C selama 45 - 50 minit. (bergantung kepada oven masing-masing)<br />
8. Sejukkan kek diredai dan boleh dihias dengan menabur snow powder diatasnya.<br />

Cara penyediaan :<br />
1. Ayam dicuci bersih, kelar sedikit serta direbus separuh masak dan toskan. Kalau tak mahu rebus pun boleh , tapi kena panggang lama sikit (Saya nak jimatkan masa memanggang nanti)<br />
2. Satukan semua bahan, gaul sebati dan lumurkan pada ayam.<br />
3. Perap semalaman (atau 4 jam). 4. Boleh digoreng atau bakar dalam oven/pemanggang hingga masak. (Saya panggang menggunakan air fryer pada suhu 180’C selama 20 minit)<br />

Sayur kangkung - rendam sekejap dalam air bersih untuk membuang pasir, cuci bersih dan ambil bahagian daun dan batang yang lembut saja<br />

3. Masukkan nasi sejuk, tabur garam di atasnya. Kacau goreng hingga sebati.<br />
4. Akhir sekali, masukkan sayur kangkung. Goreng sebati, matikan api.<br />

• 2 cawan beras pulut hitam - rendam 4 jam atau semalaman. Bilas bersih dan toskan<br />
• 10 cawan air biasa - tak perlu dihabiskan jika pulut telah kembang, boleh tambah jika perlu<br />
• 1 helai daun pandan<br />
• 1 cawan santan pekat<br />
• Gula secukup rasa<br />
• Secubit garam<br />

Cara penyediaan :<br />
1. Masukkan beras pulut hitam ke dalam periuk bersama air. (Air dimasukkan sedikit demi sedikit)<br />
2. Rebus hingga beras pulut menjadi kembang dan sedikit pecah. Jika belum kembang boleh tambah air lagi.<br />
3. Masukkan daun pandan, santan pekat, gula dan garam.<br />
4. Masak atas api perlahan hingga didih. Siap, matikan api.<br />

Cara penyediaan :<br />
1. Masukkan bahan kisar ke dalam agar-agar didih tadi. Kacau sebati dalam api perlahan. Masukkan esen vanila dan mentega. Matikan api.<br />
2. Bahagi dua adunan, satu warna asal dan satu lagi dicampur pes koko.<br />
3. Basahkan acuan dan sendukkan adunan berselang seli warna asal dan koko. Buat hingga habis. Tidak perlu diratakan kerana adunan akan merebak sendiri ke tepi.<br />
4. Biar beku dan boleh dimasukkan dalam peti sejuk. Potong, sedia dihidang.<br />

Angkat bila spaghetti sudah lembut dan kemudian toskan.Untuk sos bolognese, tumis bawang besar dan bawang putih hingga layu. masukkan cili giling,tumis lagi hingga garing.<br />Kemudian masukkan daging cincang. Goreng hingga warna daging keperangan.Masukkan tomato, mix vege dan cendawan butang. Goreng sehingga sayur lembut.Masukkan sos tomato , air dan susu. Kacau hingga sekata.Masukkan oregano/parsley dan stok daging lembu (optional) serta lada hitam.Tambah garam, gula secukupnya.Biar sehingga mendidih kemudian masak dengan api yang perlahan sehingga kuah menjadi pekat.Siap untuk dihidangkan. Boleh taburkan serbuk parmesan cheese masa menghidang.</span><br />

<span style="background-color: white; color: #1d2129; font-family: "helvetica" , "arial" , sans-serif; font-size: 14px;">Serimuka Gula Merah (loyang 7x7 inci)</span><span class="text_exposed_show" style="background-color: white; color: #1d2129; display: inline; font-family: "helvetica" , "arial" , sans-serif; font-size: 14px;"><br />Oleh : Surianti Ramli<br />.<br />Lapisan Bawah :<br />1 cawan pulut (rendam 1 jam, toskan)<br />1 1/4 cawan santan cair<br />Secubit garam<br />-kukus semua bahan selama 30 minit.<br />-sapu loyang dengan sedikit minyak, alas loyang dengan plastik (saya pakai plastik saiz 12x12 inci), letakkan pulut yang telah dikukus tadi, tekan hingga padat.<br />.<br />Lapisan atas :<br />3/4 cawan gula merah<br />1/2 cawan air<br />1 helai daun pandan disimpul<br />(satukan daun pandan, gula merah dan air, masak hingga gula larut. Ketepikan biar sejuk)<br />2 biji telur (saya pakai saiz A)<br />1 cawan santan pekat<br />3/4 cawan tepung gandum<br />2 sb tepung jagung<br />Secubit garam<br />-satukan air gula yang telah sejuk dengan semua bahan untuk lapisan atas, kacau sebati. Tapis. Masak sekejap atas api perlahan sekadar panas dan naik wap saja, jangan sampai mendidih.<br />.<br />Cara penyediaan serimuka :<br />Panaskan periuk kukusan, balut tudungnya. Curah perlahan lapisan atas kepada pulut. Kukus selama 30 minit. Selepas itu, buka tudung periuk dan kukus lagi 10 minit tanpa tudung untuk mengeringkan air pada permukaan. Matikan api. Tunggu sejuk selepas 3 atau 4 jam baru boleh dipotong.<br />*bahagian kepala tu lembut & lemak (tak keras tau)</span><br />
